Understanding and identifying at risk behaviors is an important method to reduce opportunities for accidents and injuries to occur. At BDM we believed this should be practiced as a way of life both on and off the job. To effectively impact the safety performance in the workplace, everyone throughout the organization must be trained to identify at risk behaviors.

We empower our employees to watch for unsafe acts and report the observations. All observations are documented, tracked and reported back to the entire workforce in order to change the behavior of an employee or individual that could be at risk. It is our goal to provide a place of employment where everyone is given the time, equipment and training necessary to perform their jobs without injury, and where supervisors and employees alike view safety and health performance as the key element to a task being performed on-time and within budget.
